The Accel Bands consists of 9 different levels that recognise an athlete’s efforts and achievements in their sport and at their Acceleration training sessions. The movement up through the ranks include the number of Acceleration training sessions, programs, testing results, training attitude and placement into district and representative teams.

Athletes will also be assessed through quizzes to test their knowledge of various topics like trigger pointing, deep system, strength training, dynamic warm-up and more.

Once you receive your band, you can either wear it on your wrist or on your Acceleration water bottle. This should hopefully motivate you and your fellow athletes to Train Hard, Learn and Achieve.
