Summer Holidays 2024/25

We’re celebrating 14 YEARS of making high-quality Speed and Agility training more accessible for young athletes.

For ages 8 – 18 years.

Get faster and learn to run with confidence these school holidays. Improving quickness and agility is Acceleration’s specialty.

Your coach has designed a program to improve your stability, flexibility, speed, agility and running form over the school break. This speed-specific camp will help stay active over the holidays, and hit the ground running for your next sporting season.

Important Camp Notes!

RECOMMENDATION: The sessions can be done stand-alone but we recommend doing all of the sessions to feel a difference in your speed & agility by the end of Camp. Consistency is key to learning these new skills.

WHAT TO BRING: Water bottle and wear activewear and running shoes.

GROUP BOOKING: Discounts apply when 2 or more people enrol on the same form.

NOTE: There are no cancellations or refunds! And there are no make-up sessions after the 24th of Jan and openings are subject to availability.

Speed Camp Sessions Include:

TESTING SESSION DAYS. Only for Milton, Chandler and Southport.

We will measure several data points so athletes can see how they’ve improved by the end of the holidays. It’s also a great opportunity for aspiring professional athletes because this is how all the pros measure their performance.

On testing days we measure:

  • 20m Sprinting Time
  • Vertical Jump
  • Agility

SPEED CAMP SESSIONS. Every session includes different ways to focus on:

  • Stability (Deep System and Steering System)
  • Dynamic Warm-up (Running Form)
  • Speed & Agility (Movement System)
  • Recovery

Each day is different and includes a game at the end to simulate a sport-like scenario to practice new skills. Don’t miss out on some awesome sessions.

Who is this for?

Great for people aged 8-18 years old.

Teens and kids who play sports that include running like soccer, basketball, netball, tennis, cricket, touch footy, rugby and many more would greatly benefit from this camp.

Don’t play sport or don’t see yours on the list?- anyone who wants to improve their run and keep active is welcome!

Depending on the size of the camp, the activities during sessions are split up by age so that athletes get the most out of the camp in terms of exercise education and difficulty.
