Stewart Briggs was the first Australian to ever work in the USA as a Head Strength and Conditioning Coach at Division 1A colleges. He has prepared literally 100’s of athletes for college sporting competition. Now, his team of Performance Specialists are ready to help you start or return to your college team faster, stronger and jumping higher!

We want to prepare you for EXACTLY what you can come to expect when you train at college. We want you to be one of the fittest, strongest and best prepared players in your chosen college. Regardless of whether you are freshman, sophomore, junior or senior you will get something out of the College Prep program.
