Improving quickness and agility is Acceleration’s specialty.
Your coach has designed a program to improve your stability, flexibility, speed, agility and running form over the school break.

Strength Camp runs either before or after Speed Camp on the same days. These workout sessions are an awesome pairing with Speed Camp to make the most of your school holiday break. Ages 12+

Focus on Your Speed and Agility
Speed and Agility sessions are held at an Acceleration gym near you.
We look forward to seeing you there!
Speed Camp Training Sessions Include:
Every single session includes different ways to focus on:
- Stability (Deep System and Steering System)
- Dynamic Warm-up (Running Form)
- Speed & Agility (Movement System)
- Recovery
Each day is different and includes a game at the end so, don’t miss out on some awesome sessions!
Testing Session Days
These sessions happen on the first (and sometimes also last) day of Speed Camp. We measure a bunch of different data points so returning athletes can see how they have improved over multiple camps. It’s also a great introduction to our coaches and to get the athletes moving in ways they may not have tried before.
On testing days we measure:
- Height
- Vertical Jump
- Agility
- 20m Sprint Time
Great for athletes aged 8-18 years old.
The activities during sessions are split up by age group so that athletes get the most out of the camp in terms of exercise education and difficulty.

Mondays, Wednesdays & Fridays
Location: Anna Meares Velodrome, Sleeman Sports Complex, Tilley Rd, Chandler QLD 4155, The Infield. Click here for directions.
Acceleration Gold Coast
3:00- 3:30 pm
Mondays and Tuesdays (with occasional Fridays)
Modified 30-minute session for keen athletes in Southport!
Location: Southport State High, Sports Centre, Corner Brooke Ave & Lionel Ave
Acceleration Brisbane South *NEW*
1:30 pm – 3:00 pm
Thursdays (Except for Wednesday 10th Jan). More on the sign-up form.
Location: Logan Metro Sports & Event Centre, 357 Browns Plains Rd, Crestmead QLD

Cost Per Person
Brisbane Central & East: $272 for all 17 Sessions OR $24 per session
Gold Coast: $88 for all 11 sessions OR $15 per session
Brisbane South: $97.50 for all 5 Sessions OR $28 per session

What to Bring: A water bottle and wear exercise clothes.
Pair this Camp with STRENGTH CAMP to get the most out of your holidays (ages 12+).
Please note – There are no make-up sessions after the 19th of January if you miss a session.
