Improving quickness and agility is Acceleration’s specialty. Your coach has designed a program to improve your stability, flexibility, speed, agility and running form these school holidays.
This speed specific camp is a great time to spend some time on your running form, quickness, fitness and agility. You’ll learn a lot and have fun, too. Enrol today!

Speed Camp Training Sessions Include:

- Stability (Deep System and Steering System)
- Dynamic Warm-up (Running Form)
- Speed & Agility (Movement System)

For ages: 8+

What: Indoor Speed Camp and 2 x Testing Sessions
Dates: April 6th – April 15th
Times: Monday, Tuesday and Thursday’s,
- 8am -9 am at Central and East
- 1 – 2 pm at Gold Coast
Location: See the enrolment forms for your centre below to find the location of your camp.
- Central – Lang Park PCYC for 2 sessions, then NAB Basketball Stadium, Court 4
- East – Anna Mears Velodrome
- Gold Coast – Southport State High School, Sports Centre
What to Bring: Towel, Water bottle, Exercise Clothes – Due to sweat, no Singlets please.
