Gain Strength and Stability for Rugby

Term 1 2024!

This new Acceleration Academy focuses on increasing the speed, agility, strength and power of both Rugby League and Rugby Union athletes to help them improve their sports performance.

This program is unique because we’ve incorporated more than just weights and stretches.

We have specialised techniques to engage your deep muscular system, steering exercises for strength for movement along with balance, and strength/power weights for explosiveness. We’ll also teach you recovery methods that you can use for a lifetime.

What’s Involved?

This program has been designed specifically for rugby players who want to increase their strength, power and stability for Rugby.

Under our coaches’ guidance, sessions will include:

  • Warm Up
  • Mobility Exercises
  • Stability Exercises
  • Strength Exercises
  • Power Exercises
  • Recovery Exercises

Rugby players who take the time to workout, dominate the field. Having stronger legs means you push with more power down the field.
