Important Camp Notes!

RECOMMENDATION: The sessions can be done stand-alone but we recommend doing all of the sessions to feel a difference in your speed & agility by the end of the program. Consistency is key to learning these new skills.

WHAT TO BRING: A water bottle, hat and wear activewear with running shoes.

CYCLE 2 OF TERM 1: After a successful program of Cycle 1, we will organise a second Cycle of training starting the 9th of March

NOTE: There are no refunds after signing up! Make-up sessions can be arranged within the camp but are not available after the 5th of March with openings are subject to availability. Also note that our system doesn’t send session reminder messages.

What’s Involved:

Acceleration is celebrating their 25 YEAR anniversary of specialising in sprint training for sport and this is the FIRST EVER time they are hosting a program at Pure Tennis, Ferny Hills.

This is made for all the athletes from around Ferny Grove, Everton Park, Upper Kedron and McDowall who have missed out on our training over the years due to travel distance.

Your coach has designed a program to improve your stability, flexibility, speed, agility and running form over the school term. This speed-specific camp will help you and hit the ground running for your next sporting season.

Every session includes programming specifically made to focus on:

  • Stability (Deep System and Steering System)
  • Dynamic Warm-up (Running Form)
  • Speed & Agility (Movement System)
  • Recovery

Who is this for?

Great for people aged 8-18 years old.

Teens and kids who play sports that include running like tennis, soccer, basketball, netball, cricket, touch footy, rugby and many more would greatly benefit from this camp.
