LONGEVITY CREW
Mondays & Wednesdays, 5:30 am- 6:15 am
Cycle 1 of 2026: 16th Feb – 1st April (7 weeks)
Price: $20 separately OR $224 for all 14 sessions ($16 per session)
Workout with a like-minded group of people who not only want to increase their fitness and strength but create a lasting impact on their health as they age.
This highly-requested program will cover topics like mobility, endurance, isometric training and reflex speed. This program is made for people who are ready to take their future health seriously.

BRING: Water bottle, wear activewear and bring a towel for sweat.
CANCELLATIONS: Please note that there are no refunds after signing up. However, make-up sessions and credit can be arranged.
