WORKOUT TIME. Feel stronger and more powerful at Strength Camp.

Building strength, core stability and flexibility results in a more powerful body. We have seen a lot of athletes gain not only strength at this camp but confidence as well.

Not all preteens and teens know how to lift weights safely BUT they want to workout to become stronger. Strength Camp workout sessions for teens are a great opportunity to introduce them to weight lifting and keep a healthy routine during the long school break with the 3-days-per-week program.

Similar Service: SPEED CAMP

Speed Camp runs either before or after Strength Camp on the same days. These speed and agility sessions are an awesome pairing with Strength Camp to make the most of your school holiday break. Ages 8+

What’s Involved?

Join these 60 – minute weight lifting sessions in an Acceleration gym near you.

These workout sessions would include:

  • Warm Up
  • Power Exercises
  • Steering Exercises
  • Strength Exercises
  • Recovery

This camp is great for teenagers who want to build their strength and power.

These group sessions encourage safe and self-directed workouts while under the guidance of an Acceleration Performance Coach with years of experience in the strength and conditioning industry.

Your program is designed appropriately for your age and ability. No sports or gym experience is required!

Dates: 2nd of April – 12th of April

Locations and Times: 

Acceleration Brisbane East

Tuesday, Thursdays and Fridays.

9:30am – 10:30am

Location: Acceleration Weightroom in The Arena, Sleeman Sports Complex, Cnr of Tilley and Old Cleveland Road, Chandler, QLD 4155 PARK in P2. Click here for directions.

Acceleration Gold Coast

Days Vary between weeks.

2:00pm – 3:00pm

Location: Southport State High Sports Centre, corner of Brooke Ave & Lionel Ave, Southport,
QLD 4215.

Cost Per Person:

Brisbane East: $115 for all 5 sessions OR $32 separately

Gold Coast: $138 for all 6 sessions OR $32 separately

Pair this Camp with SPEED CAMP to get the most out of your holidays.

Please note there are no make-up sessions after the 19th of January if you miss a session.
