Lifting weights can really impact on an athlete’s performance. Correctly building strength while establishing core stability and flexibility results in a more powerful body. We have seen a lot of athletes gain not only strength but confidence as well. That is pretty powerful stuff, too.

Your program is designed appropriately for your age and ability. No experience is required.

I Want To Know What's Involved!

8 x 60 min fully supervised weight lifting sessions in an Acceleration gym near you.

This camp is great for school-aged athletes who would like to use focus on their strength and power.

For Ages 12+

I want to know when it is and how much it costs!

Dates: February 1st to 22nd March, 2021

Cost: $120 for 18 x 60min Sessions or $20/Session.

Locations and Times:

Acceleration Gold Coast
Times: Thursday’s 4:00pm – 5:00pm
 Southport High School – Sports Centre, Brooke Ave, Southport.

Acceleration Brisbane East

Times: Monday Nights, 6:15 to 7:15 pm

Acceleration Weight Room, The Arena, Sleeman Sports Complex, Park in P2

What to Bring: Wear clothes for activity, a towel and a Water Bottle. Due to sweat, no Singlets please.
