What’s Involved:
Acceleration is celebrating their 25 YEAR anniversary of specialising in sprint training for sport and this is the FIRST EVER time they are hosting a clinic is South Gold Coast.
This is made for all the athletes from Northern New South Wales and Southern Gold Coast who have missed out on our training over the years.

Important Camp Notes!
RECOMMENDATION: The sessions can be done stand-alone but we recommend doing all of the sessions to feel a difference in your speed & agility by the end of the Clinic. Consistency is key to learning these new skills.
WHAT TO BRING: A water bottle. Wear activewear with running shoes.
NOTE: There are no refunds after signing up! Make-up sessions can be arranged within the camp but are not available after the 18th of Septermber with openings are subject to availability. Also note that our system doesn’t send session reminder messages.
GROUP BOOKING: Discounts apply when 2 or more people enrol on the same form.

Every session includes programming specifically made to focus on:
- Stability (Deep System and Steering System)

- Speed & Agility (Movement System)
- Recovery


Coach for Tallebudgera Sport Speed Clinic
Lachlan Burke
Lachlan is an experienced athlete of several sports including cricket, soccer, AFL, golf and completed a Bachelor of Exercise and Sport science (honours) at UQ. He’s seen first-hand how focusing on improving your speed and agility can improve an athletes performance drastically.
As a GC local, Lachlan is looking fowarding to sharing the speed and agility knowledge he’s learned to other athletes in his community.
Who is this for?
Great for people aged 8-18 years old.
Teens and kids who play sports that include running like soccer, basketball, netball, tennis, cricket, touch footy, rugby and many more would greatly benefit from this camp.
