Weight Training Sessions for Teens

We’re celebrating 14 YEARS of making Weight Lifting education more accessible for young athletes.
WORKOUT TIME. Feel stronger and more powerful at Strength Camp.
Building strength, core stability and flexibility results in a more powerful body. We have seen a lot of athletes gain not only strength at this camp but confidence as well.
Not all preteens and teens know how to lift weights safely BUT they want to workout to become stronger. Strength Camp workout sessions for teens are a great opportunity to introduce them to weight lifting and keep a healthy routine during the long school break with the 3-days-per-week program.
Set them up for success when they want to workout in an open-gym by teaching them the correct weight lifting techniques. Most open-gyms don’t allow people to workout until they are 18+ for insurance reasons. Acceleration has been working with young people for 20+ years.

RECOMMENDATION: The sessions can be done stand-alone but we recommend doing all of the sessions to feel a difference in your strength by the end of Camp. Consistency is key.
BRING: Water bottle, wear activewear and bring a towel for sweat.
GROUP BOOKING: Discounts apply when 2 or more people enrol on the same form.
NOTE: There are no make-up sessions after the 24th of Jan and openings are subject to availability

What’s Involved?
Join these 60 – minute weight lifting sessions in an Acceleration gym near you.
These workout sessions would include:
- Warm Up
- Power Exercises
- Steering Exercises
- Strength Exercises
- Recovery
This camp is great for teenagers who want to build their strength and power.
These group sessions encourage safe and self-directed workouts while under the guidance of an Acceleration Performance Coach with years of experience in the strength and conditioning industry.
Your program is designed appropriately for your age and ability. No sports or gym experience is required!
For Athletes Aged 12 – 18
Want to work on your strength and power during the School Term?
Look no further than Acceleration Individualised Training. This small-group training includes an individualised program to your sport and exactly what you need to do to improve your strength that is appropriate for your age. Strength Camp is a generic group program that is awesome but if you’re looking for something more results-driven, check out our other service. No locked-in memberships and all sessions are fully supervised!
