As it is now off-season for a majority of our rugby players, it is now time to bulk up!
Rugby is one of those sports that is captivating to watch and fun as heck to play. It is also a sport where being very strong, very stable and very quick is essential. We know just how to get rugby players to!
We are super excited to be offering a rugby specific training program. This program is unique because we’ve incorporated more than just weights and foot speed drills. We have specialised equipment to train your brain, engage your deep muscular system, steering exercises for strength for movement along with balance, strength/power weights for explosiveness. We’ll also teach you recovery methods that you can use for a lifetime.

6 x 75 min gym sessions at Acceleration Brisbane Central.
