1. Acceptance
By using our services, you agree to these Terms.
2. Services
Acceleration Australia provides performance coaching, speed training, strength training, and athlete development services.
3. Minors (Under 18)
If you are under 18:
- A parent/guardian must provide consent
- A parent/guardian agrees to these Terms on your behalf
4. Bookings & Payments
- Payment must be made in advance unless otherwise agreed
- Pricing is subject to change
- Packages may have expiry periods ([INSERT DETAILS])
5. Cancellations & Refunds (ACL Compliant)
- Sessions must be cancelled at least [INSERT HOURS – e.g. 24 HOURS] in advance
- Late cancellations or no-shows may be forfeited
- Refunds are provided in accordance with the Australian Consumer Law (ACL)
- Change of mind refunds are not guaranteed
6. Health & Fitness Declaration
You confirm that:
- You are physically fit to participate
- You have disclosed all injuries/conditions
- You will follow coach instructions at all times
7. Assumption of Risk
You acknowledge that:
- Training involves physical exertion
- There is inherent risk of injury
- You voluntarily participate at your own risk
8. Liability Waiver (Important)
To the maximum extent permitted by law:
- We are not liable for injury, loss, or damage arising from participation
- This includes negligence, except where liability cannot be excluded under the ACL
9. Release & Indemnity
You agree to:
- Release Acceleration Australia from claims arising from participation
- Indemnify us against claims caused by your actions or breach of these Terms
10. Medical Treatment Consent
You consent to us arranging medical treatment if required in an emergency.
11. Intellectual Property
All website content, branding, and training materials remain our property.
12. Acceptable Use
You must not:
- Use the site unlawfully
- Attempt to hack or disrupt systems
13. Third-Party Platforms
We may use third-party booking/payment systems and are not responsible for their performance.
14. Suspension / Termination
We may suspend or terminate access if:
- Terms are breached
- Behaviour is unsafe or inappropriate
