Who’s this made for?

Some call them Endurance Athletes, others say Weekend Warriors. We’re looking for people 25 yrs + who are seeking expert training from industry leaders.

Why Strength Training?

Having stronger and more powerful lower body means you can push off the ground and accelerate faster when you’re running.

Having a stabilised and strong upper body will propel your arms easier through the water when swimming.

Building strength will support you to carry a heavy pack for longer.

This strength group program is written specifically to see improvements in the areas that you’ll be using in your sporting events as well as world-class warm-down recovery techniques you are encouraged to continue use before your sporting events.

The reason we do 8 Sessions is because it makes it a well-rounded program for strength training progressive overloading which will make you feel more results than doing only 5 weeks for example.
