Young footballers (8-12 years)

A sixteen-year-old footballer in our Individualised Training program might do two sessions per week focused on speed and power, plus additional strength work. Another might focus on strength — sled training, weighted jumps, resistance band work. Off-season, we can be more aggressive. Adult programs typically involve 2–3 training sessions per week, timed around your competition schedule and life demands. We individualise rest and recovery protocols based on your age, your off-season length, and your training history. We’re often working with players returning from previous injuries, so we incorporate careful progression and monitoring.
